These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cliipz (the "Service"), operated by Cliipz ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Cliipz is a tool that discovers top-performing video clips on Twitch — by streamer, by category, or across the platform — and, with your authorization, publishes selected clips to your connected third-party accounts, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The Service interacts with these platforms through their official public APIs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Connected accounts and authorization

To publish content, you authorize Cliipz to access your third-party accounts through OAuth. You grant us permission to act on your behalf only to the extent required to provide the Service, such as uploading and publishing the clips you select. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the relevant platform's settings or by disconnecting your account within Cliipz.

4. Content and intellectual property

Clips originate from Twitch and are the property of their respective creators and rights holders. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to repost any clip you publish through the Service. You agree to:

• Comply with Twitch's Terms of Service and the terms of every platform you publish to.
• Respect creator attribution and any applicable copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.
• Not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise prohibited by the destination platform.

5. Third-party platforms

Your use of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch is governed by their respective terms and policies. Cliipz is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. We are not responsible for changes to their APIs, content policies, or availability.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Spam, mislead, or artificially inflate engagement on any platform.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features of any connected platform.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published content will perform in any particular way.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliipz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your accounts.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
